Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your EVERSÈTTE earrings.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unused.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Free Size Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

If you would prefer a different size, you may exchange your unworn pair for another available EVERSÈTTE size: 4mm Subtle, 5mm Signature, or 6mm Statement.

Exchanged items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

Earrings & Hygiene

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings that have been worn, inserted, damaged, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photographs of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For approved size exchanges, EVERSÈTTE covers the shipping cost of sending your replacement pair.
