Which size should I choose?
4mm Subtle — our most understated option for a minimal everyday look.
5mm Signature — our most balanced and versatile size. If you're unsure where to start, choose Signature.
6mm Statement — a larger stone presence with the same refined proportions and everyday comfort.
All three sizes use the same 4mm flat-back base for consistent comfort and balance. The difference is the moissanite stone size.
Can I leave EVERSÈTTE earrings in all the time?
EVERSÈTTE earrings are designed for continuous wear, including sleep, showering, travel, work, and everyday life.
The flat-back design sits smoothly against the ear for a more comfortable, low-profile feel than traditional backs.
Like all jewelry, exposure to chlorine, harsh cleaning products, and other chemicals may affect appearance over time.
Why are EVERSÈTTE earrings so comfortable?

What materials do you use?
EVERSÈTTE earrings feature moissanite stones, four-prong settings, ASTM F136 titanium posts, flat-back construction, and a gold PVD finish.
Are the stones bezel set?
No. Each moissanite stone is secured by four refined prongs for a clean fine-jewelry appearance.
What is ASTM F136 titanium?
We use ASTM F136 titanium posts selected for comfort, durability, and continuous wear.
What is gold PVD?
Gold PVD is a durable gold finish selected for everyday wear and long-term color retention.
Are EVERSÈTTE earrings hypoallergenic?
Our earrings use ASTM F136 titanium posts selected for comfort and wearability. Individual sensitivities vary, so customers with known metal allergies should review all materials before purchasing.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. EVERSÈTTE currently ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships.
Are international duties and taxes included?
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible unworn pairs.
Can I exchange between sizes?
Yes. Eligible customers may exchange between 4mm Subtle, 5mm Signature, and 6mm Statement, subject to availability.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
