EVERSÈTTE orders are prepared with care, shipped with tracking, and eligible for returns or free size exchanges within 30 days when unworn and unused.

Orders typically process within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking by email.

Returns

Eligible unworn and unused earrings may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Delivery estimates begin after shipment and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other factors may affect delivery timing.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Earrings must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn, inserted, damaged, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Free Size Exchanges

EVERSÈTTE offers free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn and unused pairs. You may exchange between 4mm Subtle, 5mm Signature, and 6mm Statement, subject to availability.

For approved size exchanges, EVERSÈTTE covers the shipping cost of sending your replacement pair.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, import fees, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
